Who is responsible?
Rehab Abroad Guide is operated by Liberty Home, 5 Boulder Road, Marina da Gama, Cape Town, South Africa. Liberty Home is the controller of the information you share through this website.
What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form we process your name, email address, phone number, your message and your questionnaire answers. These may include information about health (special category data under UK GDPR). We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, and only to contact you about treatment options.
International transfers
Liberty Home is based in South Africa, so your information is processed outside the UK. We use appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) and never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't lead to an admission, we delete your details no later than 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
